New Music Download: Praise You In The Storm By Natalie Grant

Popular worship minister Natalie Grant is out with a new song “Praise You In The Storm” which is a track off her upcoming project titled “No Stranger”.

Praise is all about perspective. Reflecting on who God is removes focus from broken relationships, health issues, financial burden and the stress of it all. If you’re struggling to find points of praise, be encouraged.

As a child of God, you have so much to be grateful for. James 1 : 2 – 4 even encourages you to celebrate trials because they serve a purpose in building your faith.

And when it’s difficult to praise God for the tangible, shift to praising Him for the intangible – His love, grace, peace, joy, presence, forgiveness, salvation and so much more! Just as God’s mercies are new every morning, there’s always something to be grateful for.

PRAISE YOU IN THE STORM – NATALIE GRANT

LYRICS

“Praise You In This Storm”

I was sure by now, God, You would have reached down
And wiped our tears away
Stepped in and saved the day
But once again, I say amen
And it’s still raining
As the thunder rolls
I barely hear Your whisper through the rain
“I’m with you”
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
The God who gives and takes away

And I’ll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
Cause You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I’ve cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I remember when I stumbled in the wind
You heard my cry You raised me up again
My strength is almost gone, how can I carry on
If I can’t find You
As the thunder rolls
I barely hear You whisper through the rain
“I’m with you”
And as Your mercy falls
I raise my hands and praise
The God who gives and takes away

And I’ll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
Cause You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I’ve cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

And though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm

I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of heaven and earth
I lift my eyes unto the hills
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord
The Maker of heaven and earth
You are my help

And I’ll praise You in this storm
And I will lift my hands
Cause You are who You are
No matter where I am
And every tear I’ve cried
You hold in Your hand
You never left my side
And though my heart is torn

I will praise You in this storm
And though my heart is torn
I will praise, I will praise You in this storm
I will praise You in this storm
Praise You in this storm
I will praise You in this storm
